My only major complaint is that the source code listings are in a proportionally spaced font, something like Arial or Helvetica, so that makes the examples harder to read.Įxcellent book. Auto Generated override state context helps reduce typing fatigue.- Pro+ Code example are clear example of how to use flutter framework it's trying to teach.+ If you just don't worry about every detail description about the framework, you can get thru the book within a week. ![]() The book is more for people, "That as long as it works, I don't care about the detail".- Con+ It's doesn't give much info about how every flutter dart framework.+ Some tips about Android Studio shortcuts aren't mention that much. I just practice write each code and get better at coding in flutter framework. Going thru the book gives you a brief summary of what each app does, slowly introduce new flutter framework keywords. The book shows you how to write code that can be reusable in other apps. ![]() It's fast because it gives you the code that you're likely to being using in most application. I highly recommend this book as a valued resource for learning effective Flutter App. I am sure by the time I complete example 65, I will have gained a thorough understanding of the most imprtant facets of developing Android Apps using Flutter. But, what I appreciate most is each example just start to build on and re-enforce details I learned in previous examples. ![]() What I like most about each example is each is fairly short but a complete app: you can actually run it. Then it moves on to provide 65 different examples of completed apps. The book starts with some background information about Flutter. The "Learn Google Flutter Fast" book was the one I selected. So, I started searching for recent book publications on the subject. ![]() development after watching a few videos on Youtube.
